Dear Neighbors,
I just want to call to your attention this article from the
Beacon Hill Times:
"Phillips Street resident finds good neighbor in Vilna Shul"
I'm the Phillips Street resident who has found
the Vilna Shul to be such a good neighbor, and I want to encourage you to learn more about this wonderful center for Jewish culture. The Vilna Shul welcomes everyone, and is eager to provide assistance to Beacon Hill's visitors and residents.
I'd also like to put in a plug for
eHope, a nonprofit organization that is also mentioned in the
Beacon Hill Times article. If you or someone you love is facing a serious illness, and eHope's free services sound too good to be true, I'd like to assure that it's all for real, and to encourage you to ask them for help.
Best regards from Deborah
